Welcome to Rhated Media Group. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services booked through us, including DJ, MC, and audio visual services for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

We provide premium DJ, MC, and AV services tailored to your event. All bookings are custom and subject to availability, venue requirements, and final confirmation. Services include professional audio, lighting, music planning, and coordination as outlined in your quote.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date.

  • Full payment is due 14 days before your event.

  • Prices exclude travel fees, overtime, or additional equipment unless specified.

  • All payments are final; no refunds for cancellations within [X days] of the event.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations before more than 30 days before the event date receive a full refund minus retainer fee.

  • Events canceled within 30 days of the event forfeit all payments.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure), with full refund or credit offered.

4. Event Details & Changes

Provide accurate event details (venue, timeline, guest count, special requests) at booking. Changes may incur fees or require re-quoting. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information.

5. Conduct & Liability

  • Our team expects a safe, professional environment. Abuse or interference may result in early departure without refund.

  • We carry insurance for our equipment; you are responsible for venue damage or loss.

  • We are not liable for event interruptions beyond our control (e.g., power failure, weather).

6. Music & Content

  • Playlists are customized via our planning app; final song choices are at DJ discretion for flow and energy.

  • We respect copyrights and obtain necessary licenses where required.

  • No illegal, offensive, or unsafe requests will be honored.

7. Website Use

  • Site content is for informational purposes; no guarantees on availability.

  • Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, unauthorized downloads).

  • We may update pricing or services without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Dupage County, Villa Park courts.
